Vintage Nautical Chic retro caravan 5 berth in Killingworth, Tyne and Wear for sale

This is Gracie, she's a Esprit Vitesse(circa 1990),5 berth caravan which we have lovingly restored. Below we have listed all of her wonderful features:- The comfortable seating area, has been attractively restored with pretty nautical designer fabrics for a charming overall coastal chic look. The seating area converts to a comfortable king size bed. The curtains have been made from a contrasting designer fabric. Also included are the pretty, custom made throw pillows.There is lots of space for blankets etc under the seats, plenty of shelves and cupboard space as well as a useful wardrobe. The seating area at the other end of the van converts to a double bed with a sturdy single bunk above as shown in the pictures. We have laid new wood laminate flooring in light Beech, the walls are painted in a pretty sky blue blue and the woodwork is newly painted white. The kitchen has a grill and hob, gas oven, a working 3 way Electrolux fridge with a freezer compartment, stainless steel sink and drainer . All in excellent working order We have put up a blackout roller blind, which fits in with the rest of the decor. The sink and the cooker have a fold down work top which gives a good amount of space when preparing food. All the pretty spotty china is included which matches the decor, we have also included, cutlery, storage jars and tea towels. There is Plenty of cupboard space throughout the van. The bathroom is freshly painted in white, a shower with hot and cold water. A white drop down sink is fitted. A Pretty Shower curtain gives a lovely finishing touch. A brand new boxed toilet is available. There is a working carver gas heater, 2 x 12v strip lights 4 x 240 volt sockets. Inboard working electric water pump, hot and cold running water, the hot water is run by a carver hot water system.at some time there had been a leak all this has been sorted she is dry and damp free. The outside of the van has been freshly painted in cream with navy blue trim to match the interior and looks great! The windows are double glazed, all windows which are meant to open do open. There is a skylight with a mesh fly screen.The door locks internally and externally and has two sets of keys. 240 volt electric hook up is included in addition to a charged 12V leisure battery for when you're out in the wilds! Half full gas bottle, clean and waste water containers, so you really are ready to go! The jockey wheel is in working order and so is the handbrake.2 good tyres on 2 good wheels It tows like a dream, recently towed with no problem. Indicators and side lights in good working,and a stabilising bar. The legs are original and in good working order. Obviously she is approximately 25 years old, but apart from a few dents, she's in excellent shape! Ready to hook up and go, all you need to pack is your bedding, towels and clothes! A perfect spare room or garden retreat when not being used for touring! We bought this caravan to do it up as a project, we have taken great care to bring her up to a more modern style caravan but with a vintage feel to her. Our intention from the start was to sell her and although we have put a lot of personal touches to Gracie including her name, she will be sold as a newly renovated caravan and used by her new owners for the first time since her renovation.
